The first session lasts approximately 1h30 and will allow you to define the objectives related to your problem.

Some insurance companies cover hypnosis sessions (General Mutual Fund, Allianz, Groupama, MGEN, MACIF or Mutual Harmony cover this in certain cases and depending on your membership): Contact your insurance company to find out, clearly specifying that it is non-medical hypnosis.
