The healing

The goal of brief therapies is to manage suffering and eliminate symptoms quickly and effectively. Priority is given to the abolition of suffering. I devote the first session entirely to listening to you, in order to be able to clearly identify your objective as well as your problem. It is very important for me to take the time to understand you and to get to know you in order to be able to establish a tailor-made therapeutic strategy to meet your request.

During the second session, we will begin the therapeutic work together with the therapeutic tool best suited to your problem.

The number of sessions varies according to the person and the problem. For simple problems two to three sessions are enough.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

The processing of information is a natural phenomenon of "digestion" of life events (our brain does it naturally every night) or of existential suffering, this allows: A drop and therefore an upgrade of emotions, a resolution to the psycho corporal imbalances, an integration of "undigested memories", which thus cease to be painful. EMDR cannot erase or change the past, but allows it to no longer hurt. A restoration of self-esteem, facilitate awareness and change beliefs and behaviors.


EMDR is for anyone (from baby to adult) suffering from emotional disturbances usually related to traumatic events.

The hypnotic state is a process that facilitates change. Each of us has all the necessary resources to make the desired changes. 

The resources already present in the unconscious are reinforced and amplified, in order to be able to facilitate the change of orientation of the client's reality. The unconscious is particularly rich in resources. These resources come from the sum of all our conscious and unconscious past experiences. Hypnosis allows this process of deep change and to achieve the goal defined with the therapist at the beginning of the session. Trance is a natural phenomenon and does not represent a danger for the client.

Ericksonian hypnosis originated from the practice of American psychiatrist Milton Erickson (1901-1980). Erickson is recognized and studied around the world thanks to his original practice of hypnosis. Dyslexic, color blind and disabled, he developed an extraordinary sense of observation and discovered hypnosis during his medical studies. His works on the modification of states of consciousness and hypnotic communication have upset classical conceptions. Characterized by a flexible, indirect and non-directive approach, this form of hypnosis has given rise to many currents of modern psychotherapy including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and systemic and strategic therapy.

Ericksonian hypnosis “induces” a state of daydreaming which allows access to new perceptions and new learning.

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is an innovative series of exercises that help the body release deep muscle tension from stress, tension and trauma. During stressful experiences, the frontal lobes of the cortex are disengaged by activation of the limbic system and brainstem.  Instinctive brain processing saves us from stressors, but over time this can have serious health consequences. Over time, this neurological separation can lead to instinctive behaviors and ongoing emotions that can create; impulsive, myopic, and even violent behavior, increased anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and increased stress-related illnesses.The tremor mechanism is the body's natural mechanism for releasing deep muscle tension and flushing out high levels of chemicals. The benefits can be a reduction in blood pressure, a deep muscular and emotional release, and the restoration of biochemical levels in the body.

Trauma is not what happens to you but what happens inside of you in response to the traumatic event, so there is wisdom in trauma, when we realize that our traumatic responses and imprints are not ourselves and that we can overcome them and thus become ourselves.
